Roasted artichokes and fresh king prawns with a daily house-made pappardelle pasta with a hint of garlic, black pepper and chili, married to a 2019 Grecanico from Politini Wines in the King Valley, or
Pesto alla Genovese - a traditional Genoa baked pasta with fresh handmade lasagne sheets, green beans and potato, from our chef Monica Mazzucchelli’s hometown - paired with Conde Estate small batch Sangiovese from Heathcote.
